What Sets Sound Healing Therapy Apart

“When the mind seeks clarity, therapy offers insight. When emotions weigh heavy, sound provides solace. When the soul yearns for balance, music restores harmony.”

Hi, I’m Bri and Here’s a Bit About Me!

With a foundation as a music therapist, my journey has taken me through mental health hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and hospice care, where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of sound—how it can reach and heal when words fall short. This experience ignited my passion for exploring deeper layers of healing, leading me to expand my expertise into trauma-focused therapy, somatic healing, and mindfulness-based practices.

I integrate the science of therapy with the transformative power of sound, helping individuals experience profound healing on emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with teens, adults, couples, and groups, guiding them through a variety of lifes challenges including: anxiety, grief, trauma, relational challenges, and more.

My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where you are not only heard but truly seen. I believe that healing is a holistic process—one that nurtures not just the mind, but the body and spirit as well. Together, we can embark on a journey to restore balance, growth, and inner peace.

About Sound Healing Therapy

My logo mountains and poppies holds deep personal and symbolic meaning. It represents the very heart of my therapeutic work and the journey I invite my clients to embark on. Mountains have long been a place of sanctuary and healing for me. They symbolize strength, resilience, and the ability to rise above life’s challenges. Their presence reminds us of stability, majesty, and the profound connection we feel in nature. In their stillness, the chaos quiets. In their vastness, there is space to breathe.

As Lee Hiller beautifully said, “I am never lost in the mountains, it is where I find myself.” This is what I hope to offer my clients a place to feel grounded, to reflect, and to reconnect with themselves.

Poppies, delicate yet resilient, carry another layer of meaning. As one of the flowers of my birth month, they are personally significant. But more than that, they are symbols of remembrance, grief, healing, and hope. Poppies often grow in the most unlikely places battle-scarred soil reminding us of our ability to regenerate and thrive even after hardship. Their ability to self-seed and nourish the soil around them speaks to the process of personal growth, transformation, and the quiet power of resilience.
